Singer and TV personality Tulisa Contostavlos, dressed in a summer playsuit, arrives at a private house in Los Angeles to record music for her solo album. She chats animatedly to a friend as she walks up the hill to the house. The X Factor judge was recently spotted out and about sporting sunburn; as she made her way up the hill, the singer looked much better.

The N-Dubz star stepped out in yet another cute frock as she continued to enjoy the LA sunshine on Wednesday.

Looking very prim and proper, the singer wore a floral black Lipsy dress with white and red flowers with a white panel at the bottom.

Wearing a pair of oversized sunglasses, the 23-year-old was obviously enjoying the heat while her native London continues to endure freezing temperatures.

Tulisa trotted into a recording studio in her patent black peep toe heels to put some more of her solo material down.

And she was flanked by her loyal PA Gareth Varey as she made her way through the city.

She seems to be settling in to the sunny lifestyle and her music career is also picking up.

But while her ensemble made her look like butter couldn’t melt, Tuilsa couldn’t help but give a glimpse of her bad side.

She carried a picture emblazoned with the obscenities: ‘One p**sy you can’t f**k with.’

And her cheeky grin was a give away she knew what reaction she would get.

The print was a present from her new songwriter pal Diane Warren who she’s been collaborating with during her trip.

On Wednesday Tulisa wrote to the mucisian on Twitter: ‘Studs with legendary @Diane_Warren ..she said I was a bad bitch & gave me a pic involving a pussy cat,I bow down 2 the original TFB..’

And Diane was just as taken with the Brit, replying by mimicking the words on the picture: ‘Just met w Tulisa, she’s gonna have a big record. Gonna make some smashes on friday!!!

‘U r a bad**s B**ch and one p**sy U can’t f**k with!!! Can’t wait til friday!!! :O)’

The American songwriter has previously written for artists including LeAnn Rimes, Cher, Toni Braxton and Gloria Estefan.

And it suggests the singer may go down the power ballad root if Diane’s previous songs are anything to go by.

With the sub-zero temperatures closing in on her hometown back in the UK, it’s no wonder that Tulisa Contostavlos is happy to be in Los Angeles.

And every a wet and dreary California day couldn’t dampen her spirits as she brightened up the day with a colourful outfit.

The X Factor judge was snapped arriving at a recording studio in Hollywood in a cute floral playsuit from Lipsy.

The black all-in-one was decorated with red, blue and white flowers and she teamed it with towering mint green heels.

She smiled brightly for the waiting cameras as she arrived and then flashed her curves as she tottered up the stairs, wiggling her bottom as she ascended.

Tulisa, 23, has been in the city for the past five days, getting her face known and laying down some new material for her debut album.

Earlier this week it was revealed the record is being masterminded by Def Jam executive Max Rousse, who helped launch Rihanna’s career.

He has also worked with the Black Eyed Peas, Cheryl Cole and Kelis in recent years. Tulisa is hoping the album will be released in May.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: ‘Jean is behind some of the biggest hits of the past decade. Tulisa worked with him a couple of years ago when she was in LA working on N-Dubz’s third album. They hit it off immediately and have kept in touch ever since.’

Tulisa, who has been accompanied by her faithful PA Gareth Varey, also managed to showcase a wardrobe of sexy outfits, with shorts and playsuits being the frontrunners of her attire

Since being in LA, she has partied with The Wanted, as they took time off from their busy U.S. tour.

And yesterday it was announced that the singer has has just signed a three book deal.

The first one will be an autobiography published later this year, with the following two to be novels.

Tulisa said: ‘I’m really excited to start work on these books. Having my novels published is a dream come true for me. I’m also looking forward to sharing my life story so far, I’ve got lots to tell.’

Papers and tabloids have been claiming that tulisa has spent too much time in the sun in Los Angeles recently, as she was pictured with a red face and arms the other day, which was a heat rash not sun burn, but the X Factor judge took to her Twitter account earlier today (7^th February) to respond to comments that she had spent too much time in the sun.

She tweeted: “Y r people tweetin me sayin I’m sun burnt?I get weird heat rashes,get em every month or so,makes me bright red 4 about 3 hours lol.”

The singer has jetted out to the States for a series of recording sessions and meetings in Los Angeles.

And the N-Dubz star looked the part as she showed off her sparkling £12,000 gnashers.

Tulisa splashed out on new dental work before last year’s X Factor live shows.

And she looked pretty chuffed with herself as she grinned in the sun.

The 23-year-old showed off her toned body in hotpants and a cute grey top.

Thankfully there was no sign of last week’s fake tan disaster when she hit London town for a night out with an orange glow.

The collaboration marks the first time that Samsung has launched a promotion with Contostavlos, who has become a household name since joining ‘The X Factor’.

The tie-up means that customers who buy a Samsung Galaxy phone from Phones4u from tomorrow (27 January) will stand a chance of winning a ticket to the solo gig by Contostavlos, who is also a member of N-Dubz.

Winners of the competition will be asked to use their new phone to film Contostavlos performing, with the footage being used to create an alternative music video to support the release of Tulisa’s new single.

Samsung will invite 100 competition winners to attend the shoot with a friend.

All customers who buy a Samsung Galaxy Phone from Phones4u will receive preview content from Tulisa’s upcoming solo career, including video footage, photographs and wallpapers.

The promotion will be supported in-store at Phones 4u, with Tulisa set to make a personal appearance at the best-performing store.
